Book your accessory rental directly from the product’s page.
1- Select the “Rent” option in the dropdown menu. 2- Choose your event date in the calendar.

Once we receive your booking request, we will call you to confirm all shipping arrangements.

Receive your accessories by express courier service and keep them for 7 days.

Look fabulous on your big day!

Place the accessories back in the shipping box (no need to clean them!) and we’ll have them picked up on the 7th day.

In which countries are rentals available?

Rentals are available in Canada and the United States.

Are the rental accessories looking like new?

Yes, our main priority is to rent out accessories that always look new. That is why we renew our rental collection constantly to make sure that the items are always impeccable.

Do you clean and sanitize accessories between clients?

Yes, all rental items are professionally cleaned and sanitized between clients.

When do I receive my rented accessories?

A rental is typically scheduled to arrive on the Tuesday prior to the wedding and to be picked up on the Monday following after the wedding. This arrangement may be adjusted to accomodate you or to accomodate holiday schedules.

Is there any risk that my rental arrives late?

We schedule your delivery based on your location, so that no matter where you are located, you will receive your rental 4 days before your event date. More importantly, this 4 days buffer period is designed to protect you if a delivery problem occurs. This period would allow us to send you another package with overnight service if needed.

Do you have multiple quantities of the same item in your rental inventory?

Yes, we do and we increase the quantity if necessary. For this reason, you are typically not affected by other customers having rented the same item as you.

Can I place an order if I am not yet sure about the address to which I want my accessories shipped?

Yes, you may confirm the delivery and pick up addresses later on.

As my wedding date approaches, will you contact me to re-confirm all arrangements?

One week before your rental is scheduled to arrive, we will call you to review your order and to confirm all shipping arrangements. Of course, you may also contact us at any time with any questions.

Is it possible to see fabric swatches to confirm my veil's color?

Absolutely, we do provide fabric swatches for a $6.50 charge. Simply get in touch with us about your request.

Rental Terms & Cancellations

Can I cancel my rental reservation?

Yes, you may cancel your reservation within 30 days to obtain a full refund. After that period, you will be refunded 50% of your invoice total.

Can I change the date of my rental reservation?

Yes, you may reschedule your reservation with no additional fee, as long as the item is available for that date.

What happens if some wear and tear occurs while the items are in my possession?

Because we don't want you to stress even more on your big day, our rental price covers the cost of cleaning and repair of the accessories in case some damage occurs to the items. We also trust that our clients will treat their accessories with great care as best as possible!

Do I have to leave a security deposit while the items are in my possession?

Yes, a security deposit pre-authorization will be activated on your credit card while the items are in your possession in case of missing items not returned to us. The pre-authorized amount will be equal to the item's purchase price less the rental price. Your security deposit will be released back to you two days after we’ve received your items.

What if I would like to keep (and purchase) a rented item after my wedding?

You may only keep an item with our approval, which you must obtain prior to the end of your rental period. Otherwise, we are expecting the items to be returned into our inventory.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac e-Transfer.
