How to book your accessory rental
Book your accessory rental directly from the product’s page by choosing the “Rent” option from the dropdown menu above the booking calendar. Then select your event date on the booking calendar and add to cart.
Once we receive your booking request, we will call you to confirm all shipping arrangements.
You’ll receive your accessories by express courier service and keep them for 7 days before returning them.
Look fabulous on your big day!
A courier will come pick up your package at your door on the 7th day of your rental. No need to clean the accessories, just place them back in the same shipping box and put the included return label on the outside of the box.

Yes, our main priority is to rent out accessories that always look like new. That is why we renew our rental collection constantly to make sure that the items are always impeccable.
Yes, all rental items are professionally cleaned and sanitized between clients.
A rental is typically scheduled to arrive on the Tuesday prior to the wedding and to be picked up on the Monday following the wedding. This arrangement may be adjusted to accomodate you or to accomodate holiday schedules.
We schedule your delivery based on your location, so that no matter where you are located, you will receive your rental 4 days before your event date. More importantly, this 4 days buffer period is designed to protect you if a delivery problem occurs. This period would allow us to send you another package with overnight service if needed.
Yes, you may confirm the delivery and pick up addresses later on.
One week before your rental is scheduled to arrive, we will call you to review your order and to confirm all shipping arrangements. Of course, you may also contact us at any time with any questions.
Absolutely, we do provide fabric swatches for a $6.50 charge. Simply get in touch with us about your request.
Yes, you may cancel your reservation within 30 days to obtain a full refund. After that period, you will be refunded 50% of your invoice total.
Yes, you may reschedule your reservation with no additional fee, as long as the item is available for that date.
Because we don’t want you to stress even more on your big day, our rental price covers the cost of cleaning and repair of the accessories in case some damage occurs to the items. We also trust that our clients will treat their accessories with great care as best as possible!
Yes, a security deposit pre-authorization will be activated on your credit card while the items are in your possession in case of missing items not returned to us. The pre-authorized amount will be equal to the item’s purchase price less the rental price. Your security deposit will be released back to you two days after we’ve received your items.
You may only keep (and purchase) a rented item if you obtain our approval prior to the end of the rental period. In some cases it will be possible but in other cases we’ll need the item to be returned into our inventory.
